Our dedicated clinicians and support staff are passionate, highly trained, and deeply committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Each team member brings unique strengths, lived experiences, and professional expertise, allowing us to meet clients where they are and support meaningful growth across settings.
We believe great care starts with strong relationships. Our team prioritizes collaboration with families, consistency for clients, and ongoing professional development to ensure services are both evidence-based and culturally responsive. From celebrating first words and new skills to supporting independence and confidence, our staff is honored to walk alongside clients and families through every milestone.

Meet The Team

Markita Cumberlander
Owner, Clinical Director
Education/Degrees: Bachelors in Speech Pathology and Audiology with Community Inclusion-Kent State University Masters in Education in Behavior Analysis -University of Cincinnati Markita Cumberlander, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA is the Founder and CEO of Eleven 11 Behavioral Solutions, a community-centered organization committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive Applied Behavior Analysis services. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Markita brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep passion for supporting individuals and families through meaningful, individualized care. Beyond direct services, Markita is dedicated to strengthening the community by creating pathways for education, workforce development, and collaboration. She actively builds partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations to support field placements, professional training, career opportunities and the best therapeutic opportunities for her clients. With over 15 years of experience, her work is rooted in advocacy, access, and empowerment—ensuring families feel supported, professionals feel valued, and clients are given opportunities to thrive across settings. Outside of work, Markita finds joy in traveling to new places and spending quality time with her husband and family—cheering on their children at school and sporting events like basketball, tennis, soccer, and volleyball, in addition to laughing and connecting with her siblings and cousins wherever life and the sun take them!

Desiree Price
Clinical and Educational Supervisor |BCBA Intern|
Education/Degrees: B.S. in Organizational Leadership M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis Desiree is a Clinical and Educational Supervisor who also provides direct therapy to clients within the clinic. In addition to delivering high-quality services, she is actively developing her supervisory skills to better support both clients and staff. Desiree is passionate about providing effective, individualized therapy to each client served and values collaboration with her coworkers to continuously improve client outcomes both inside and outside of the clinic. She is currently pursuing her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and plans to sit for the exam in the near future. Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time at home, where she values comfort and quality time with her family. She also enjoys coffee (especially 7 Brew) and spending time with her puppy, Xavier Michael.

Megan Toomey
Lead-Registered Behavior Technician
Education/Degrees: BA in Psychology, Capital University Megan has 1.5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and 5 years in the healthcare field. She is passionate about providing holistic, client-centered care and believes in meeting clients and families where they are. She enjoys finding creative, evidence-based approaches to support individualized outcomes. Outside of work, Megan likes to be active, collecting art and plants, and prioritizing self-care.

Airreana Johnson
Lead-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | BCBA Intern
Education/Degrees: M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis-Purdue University Global B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences-The Ohio State University Airreana has seven years of experience working in ABA-based educational and clinical settings. She loves applying compassion and ABA to create meaningful behavior change. Airreana enjoys spending time in nature, playing volleyball, and creative activities. She also values quality time with family and friends but most importantly finding moments to recharge.

Bryana Morgan
Clinic Administrator, Behavior Therapist
Education/Degrees: • A.S. in Criminal Justice Bryana is the Clinic Administrator and a Behavior Therapist who plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic while also providing one-on-one therapy to the clients served. She is passionate about implementing effective systems that keep the clinic running smoothly and is equally dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic services to clients. Bryana’s ability to balance administrative responsibilities with direct client care contributes to positive outcomes for both staff and families. Outside of work, Bryana enjoys diamond painting, shopping, and spending quality time with her family. She also values self-care and enjoys traveling.

Bedu Kgosi
Review Specialist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Education/Degrees: M.A. in Communication and Development Studies, Ohio University Global Health Certificate, Ohio University BTech in Public Management, Cape Peninsula University of Technology Bedu is an RBT with two years experience supporting children and families through ABA therapy. Bedu is certified in Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and volunteers as a cancer survivor mentor with Imerman Angels, supporting others through their healing journey. She enjoys a collaborative, strengths-based approach and loves building meaningful connections with children, and helping them grow, one high five at a time! She enjoys singing in a choir, songwriting and learning to play the alto saxophone (a fun challenge!), and believes music, like therapy, has the power to bring people together in beautiful ways.

Mia Elizabeth Castro
Registered Behavior Technician
Education/Degrees: B.S. in Psychology, The Ohio State University (as of May 2026) Mia is a Registered Behavioral Technician and is a senior at The Ohio State University. Mia hopes to continue her education as she has applied to a PhD program in Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about the child and adolescent community which led her to become an RBT. Aside from working at the clinic, Mia enjoys spending time with friends, cooking new recipes, and traveling.

Gabriela Lisvette Brito
Registered Behavioral Technician
Education/Degrees: B.A in Psychology, The Ohio State University B.F.A in Dance, The Ohio State University Gabriela is a Registered Behavioral Technician and is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. She is passionate about helping clients gain new skills and enjoys working with her team of dedicated coworkers. Gabriela will be returning to school in pursuit of a Masters of Social Work, hoping to advocate for immigrant and diverse populations in clinical spaces. Outside of work Gabriela enjoys dancing, teaching dance, playing board games, and trying new restaurants with friends.

Briana Rivera
Behavioral Therapist/ Licensed Social Worker
Education/Degrees: Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), The Ohio State University Briana is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) currently working towards her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. She is passionate about working with children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and supporting their growth in meaningful ways. As she continues her professional journey, she hopes to expand her role as a social worker by supporting both children and parents through community events, resources and advocacy. Briana is a proud turtle mom to Rapatillie. Briana is an animal lover and enjoys spending time outside in nature. She's always down for concerts, traveling, game nights, crafting and making memories with loved ones!

Myia Goosby
Registered Behavior Technician

Associate of Science in Surgical Technology Degree, Fortis College Myia is a Registered Behavior Technician with four years of experience in both clinic and home environments. She is dedicated to helping children reach meaningful milestones through patient, individualized care. Myia believes in working closely with families to ensure consistency, trust, and meaningful progress over time. Outside of work, Myia loves to read extensively, participate in hot yoga, and nap!
