RBT Training and Certification
Eleven 11 Behavioral Solutions offers comprehensive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification support for individuals pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. Our program provides the required 40-hour training aligned with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards, hands-on skill development, and ongoing supervision by qualified BCBAs. Trainees gain practical experience in ethical practice, data collection, behavior-reduction procedures, and skill acquisition strategies, preparing them to work confidently and competently in clinical and community settings.
Field Education Placement for Social Work Students
Eleven 11 Behavioral Solutions is proud to provide field placement opportunities in collaboration with The Key Counseling, supporting hands-on learning and professional development for emerging social work professionals. We also maintain strong community partnerships with The Ohio State University, Capital University and Ohio University to offer meaningful field placement experiences for social work students. These placements emphasize ethical practice, skill development, and real-world application while supporting the needs of individuals, families, and the broader community.
